The ACGRC in the Diocese of Denver was incorporated in 2024 as a new incarnation of a much older church – or, more accurately, a collection of churches – which was populated by so-called "wandering bishops"; that is, clerics of an inconspicuous, private ordination conferred upon select individuals found worthy to receive consecration. 

The consecration preserves transmission back to St. Peter through veritable Catholic transmissions, but, interestingly, includes Orthodox and Gnostic lineages as well.

Transmission through Utrecht is intact, thereby bridging the protestant schism.

There are a number of additional lines, more modern in origin (some more colorful than others), including affiliation with Martinist and Masonic transmissions extant from the nineteenth century. These include (for better or worse) transmissions via the likes of Jules Doinel, Duc de Palantine, Paul Sedir, Bernard Raymond Fabré-de-Palaprat, Jean Bricaud, Victor Blanchard, Robert Amberlain, Armand Toussaint, and Patrick Truchemotte (among others).

The Diocese of Denver was established by +Theophilus after an historic intercardination in Bayonne, NJ, on August 6, 2022, which brought multiple lineages together after a period of separation that lasted for over a century.
